Thank you for your interest in exhibiting and selling your merchandise at Pizzazz 2018 sponsored by the Garden Club of Allegheny County (GCAC). The 23rd annual juried shopping event will take place October 24-26, 2018 at the Fox Chapel Golf Club in Pittsburgh, PA. Each year we feature approximately 30 unique vendors and attract almost 800 shoppers over the course of our three day event. We kick off Pizzazz with a Patron Cocktail Party on Wednesday evening from 6:00-9:00 pm. Shopping on Thursday begins at 9:30 am and continues through the early evening. Shopping starts again on Friday morning and concludes at 3 pm that afternoon. Vendors will set up on Tuesday and Wednesday before 3 pm at assigned times, and tear down after the show ends on Friday afternoon. All vendors must participate during the entire length of the show.
Over $1.5 million has been raised through Pizzazz since its’ inception, with proceeds used to support conservation, environmental, preservation and horticultural projects throughout Allegheny County and Western Pennsylvania.
If you are interested in participating in Pizzazz 2018, please submit the attached Vendor Application by March 1, 2018. All applications and any pertinent photos, brochures or additional information should be emailed to email@example.com. Once our vendors have been selected, a Vendor Information Package including a contract, invoice for booth fee and further details will be emailed.
