Thank you for your interest in exhibiting and selling your merchandise at Pizzazz 2019 sponsored by the Garden Club of Allegheny County (GCAC). The 24th annual juried shopping event will take place October 23-25, 2019 at the Fox Chapel Golf Club in Pittsburgh, PA. Each year we feature approximately 30 unique vendors and attract over 500 shoppers over the course of our three-day event.
Schedule of Events:
· Oct 22-23: Vendor set up (set up must be complete by 3:00pm Wednesday, October 23)
· October 23: 5:00-9:00pm: Preview Cocktail Party and Patron Shopping
· October 24: 9:30am through the early evening: Shopping
· October 25: 9:30am to 3:00pm: Shopping
After 3:00pm: Vendor teardown. All vendors must be moved out by Friday evening
Over $1.5 million has been raised through Pizzazz since its inception, with proceeds used to support conservation, environmental, preservation and horticultural projects throughout Allegheny County and Western Pennsylvania.
If you are interested in participating in Pizzazz 2019, please submit the attached Vendor Application by March 8, 2019. All applications and any pertinent photos, brochures or additional information should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once our vendors have been selected, a Vendor Information Package including a contract, invoice for booth fee and further details will be emailed.
